I look at life as a celebration! I enjoy being active and spending time with friends and family. Loving others, building relationships,  and making people laugh is who I am. I grew up in 'The City'....a place of great opportunity and diversity. I feel truly blessed to have lived there. I was raised in the church, my father was a Missions Pastor and helped mold me into the God loving woman I am today! My mother was a true Angel on Earth, and my best friend. I have thanked God for my parents every day and miss both of them greatly.

I graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in 2001 with a BSN. I immediately started working as a RN at a psychiatric hospital. With the progressive development of Conedystrophy, I had to leave the field of nursing as my eyesight deteriorated and I was deemed legally blind. 

​

God opened many new opportunities for me over the years. I became a yoga instructor in 2015, a Revelation Wellness Instructor in 2016, a Yoga Faith Instructor in 2019...along with many specialties, and Graduated from the Christian Health Coach Academy in 2021.

​

My current yoga certifications are through the Yoga Faith organization. I have over 1000+ hours of yoga training.

​

Certifications include:

Masters, chair/senior, Yogalates, Therapeutic Touch, Yoga & Weights. Yoga Faith Leadership,  Yin,  Sozo & Somatics 1 & 2,  Meditation and Nidra, and Restorative Yoga.

​

I am currently enrolled in:

Yoga Faith Ancient Pathways, Masters, Sozo & Somatics 3, and Adaptive Yoga.

​

I am also enrolled in an online Nutrition Therapy/Advisor Course. 

​

I am a Revelation Wellness Ambassador, Yoga Faith Ambassador, and Fullscript Practitioner.

​

Helping women live healthy lives... body, mind, and Spirit is my passion!
