Nutrition...Don't Get It Twisted

"The more research I do regarding 'good' nutrition, the more I see conflicting info. This way of eating is bad, no it isn' this, no don't eat at this time, no don't eat then. But we have to not get it twisted. What is the common ground with all this conflicting advice...whole food, REAL FOOD!! Less processed food, and moderation. We get so twisted in all the architectural aspects of a particular way to eat that we forget the quality of the building materials matters first. If you build with lower quality materials the finished results will not last. Focus on the foundation & quality of the building materials...everything else depends on that."
