I had forgotten about this recipe...I use to make it a lot back in the day. I think this would be good to try with shrimp too.
1 pound bay scallops or quartered sea scallops
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or oil of choice
*Rinse and drain scallops and place in a bowl.
*Add white wine and garlic to bowl and marinate for 30 minutes.
*Combine all seasoning and set aside.
*Drain scallops after marinating.
*In a large Skillet heat Worcestershire sauce and oil over high heat.
*Add spices and scallops.
*Cook 4 to 5 minutes until scallops turn opaque.
*Serve.
***Add a nice salad or other veggie to create an amazingly tasty and healthy meal!
