*Everything is estimated. No added sweetener.

2 handfuls of frozen organic strawberries

1/2 a banana chopped snd Frozen

2 large

scoops of Vanilla Two Good Yogurt

Coconut/almond milk, halfway covering fruit

** Can add chia seeds and/or flaxseeds if you like.

***Blend and enjoy!
